Two-wire systems, also known as loop-powered connections, are widely used in the petrochemical industry due to their simple wiring, low power consumption, and strong anti-interference capability.
PAS currently offers several true RMS current transmitters, including the HTIC-C21, HTIB-C16, HTIA-C51, and the large-aperture HTID-C31 and HTIE-Cxx series. However, all of these true RMS products use three-wire connections. Due to various technical challenges, true RMS current transmitters with two-wire transmission have been virtually unavailable in China.
Responding to customer requirements, PAS has overcome the challenge of ultra-low power consumption for sensors and developed the JTIB-C16/LP series — a versatile, wide-range current transmitter with a two-wire DC 4-20 mA output interface. These two-wire true RMS current transmitters are widely used in mining, chemical, petrochemical, and railway industries, successfully replacing imported products and filling a critical gap in the domestic market. The series has delivered both significant social and economic benefits.
